Terrible, lazy and very unqualified. I've been to RBC's all over Ontario and 1020 Ottawa St Branch is the absolute worst
Slowest banking branch I've been to. We had an appointment made and it started late. Service advisor had to be told same information 3 times and still she won't understand what it is I am telling her. I did explain iver and over and it's like she did not hear what I had to say. The only person who knows what to do is the branch manager but she can't be at multiple places at ones. So yeah, I don't recommend. At least, no one aside from the branch manager.
Today I visited this RBC branch They didn't accept my cash in order to pay my credit card payment. I have paid the same credit card with cash minimum 20 times in this branch and suddenly today the clerk said the policy chenged. First : they don't have a reasonable ground. Second: why the bank can't accept the cash ( government issued bill)for its own credit card when I'm presenting all necessary identification. Worst part the people working there can't process the situation and like the online chat just repeat same answer. E... read more
If there was a zero star that is what I would have chosen. No customer service skills at all! Enadica the "manager" was condescending. No wonder they have a 1 star. They just lost 3 very long time customers. (Ottawa and River branch)
I'll just want to check and ask a print out of our car loan balance but their staff wouldn't give me. Unlike their staff years ago, I've always got what I need, they are good.
