Im angry at the fact my daughters money goes missing without a trace and their not willing to help her find out what the heck happened to it $460.00 just dont disappear she checked her account the night before and we tried to report it on the fraud department side of things nothing has been done i want anwers thats all she had and two small children to feed im helping out to get her back up and going how does this happen why wont someone do something to dismiss this is an outrage shame on this bank
Hey I must say I just opened my bank account and got so much happy that the sana khakmal has helped me in such a good way that all my doubt has gone. Moreover she guided through all my doubts and gives me best help on opening my account with them. Staff is nice and supportive in all manners. Thank you once again.
Very poor customer service, and even if you ask for your own money, I feel still asking for prove. And slow, very slow customer service, very bad. I wish I can give up half a star.
Extremely slow and seems like they trade off customers for knowledge transfer. Definitely not cross trained to help standard issues. Waiting for 30min on a Wednesday afternoon is NOT acceptable. But all those ppl sitting in offices are comfy watching the dumpster fires out in the CSR area. I’m sure they can take overflow too when not busy?
Very poor customer service and definitely no one holds the staff to any quality standards, I’m switching to another bank!
