I was here to apply for my credit card in February. I was told to wait to get my credit card. After getting no response for 6 months, I visited the branch and got to know that my credit card has never been applied. They told me to wait for the response from the employee whom I had my appointment with last time. But unfortunately, still no response from anyone.
They never pick up the phone I literally have a general question for the bank and on hold for 1.5 hour just for a question on a Monday at 2pm. Useless phone lines.

There is a number to call but they do not accept calls. The main reason they got 1 star is because they hold my fund for 15 business days regardless if the fund has been cleared or not.
