Great experience at this RBC Branch. Neat n clean interior, appealing atmosphere. All the staffs were very active and professional. Kanika assisted me to make a bank draft. Very knowledgeable, friendly and fast services. Highly recommended this location. Visited 17 Dec 3:25pm
Terrible customer experience there’s one person working and one trainee there’s 12 people in line. All I need is a coin order and I’ve been here 40 minutes.
Don’t go here, I tried calling them to increase my card limit and it takes 20 minutes for them to answer. Number 2, they don’t take in consideration people have things to do, when the lady answered she sounded very new and not knowing anything. She kept putting me on hold, I was on hold for another 15 minutes just for her to tell me I don’t qualify, I ask her for the reason why and she just hangs up the phone without saying a word.
