I am going to have to give it a one ! Closing my Mother's Accounts back in 2023. One banking repesantive had the look on her face that I was abusing my privalge and taking. Very hard to get a hold of. I will find the name when paperwork is found. Did not the like the Bank Managers attitude as well. Have to be reminded of this experience every time I drive by.
Royal bank ottawa and fischer Hallman is likely the worst of them. I have been using that branch since 2014. It used to be good but the management there thinks they own Rbc or it seems like they think that. Every month my granddaughter goes in there and they give her a rough time. I am there I see it. The manager Trudy needs to be replaced she has zero people skills.
Great experience at this RBC Branch. Neat n clean interior, appealing atmosphere. All the staffs were very active and professional. Kanika assisted me to make a bank draft. Very knowledgeable, friendly and fast services. Highly recommended this location. Visited 17 Dec 3:25pm
