Horrible service.. very untrained staff should be looked into by head office
This is the BUSIEST and the SLOWEST location. Service is alright but there hasn’t been a time where I haven’t walked into a lineup here. I have to wait at least 20 minutes in the line only to get a business cheque deposited. Management can get better. What happened to RBC’s old branches having a separate line for business transactions?
Worst customer service experience Today at this branch the customer representative lady booked an appointment for us today at 3. We were waiting for more than half an hour, and no one came to us. Then I stood in the line, and after 15 minutes they said, We booked your appointment for tomorrow. It’s my fault, and now you have to wait. If someone didn’t show up for their appointment, then we could attend to you. Really disgusting
The worst RBC branch I have ever visited. Long lineups. Customer service agents don’t care. Slow as snail and only one teller is working.
