This branch has given me the worst banking experience so far. If you book an appointment, staff may not show up. When I asked for help setting up an account, I was told to “call the direct investment team.” if you call direct investment they are like contact to branch we do not deal account opening we deal only investments. Another time, I simply asked how to see the CVV number on my debit card. One staff member said I needed to book an appointment for that.
