I had a very frustrating experience with Royal Bank of Canada. The level of customer service was disappointing from start to finish. I left three voicemails and never received a call back. When I called the 1-800 number, I was told they had contacted the branch and that my issue would be handled if I went in. I made the trip to the branch about 15 minutes later, only to be told they couldn’t help me and that no one from the 1-800 number had contacted them at all. Slowest branch I’ve literally ever been to. Handful of good employees at the counter, like Janae. Be prepared for looooong waits

I had made a post before, but I do not see it here. The guy that set up trust funds for me for 2 separate people messed up ROYALLY and put all the money in one account and left the other empty. The guy was bathed in cologne so bad I was wheezing and coughing for hours after. So , on to the next screw up...he didnt get me to sign a form in 3 places so, here it is several months later, and I come home to a UPS envelope with A HUGE BANK DRAFT telling me that it's all closed, and to call a number.
