I had an incredibly frustrating experience at this RBC branch. After speaking with a mobile banking advisor, I was assured that visiting the branch would be the quickest way to resolve my issue. However, the in-branch staff proved to be completely unknowledgeable and inefficient. Instead of streamlining the process, they caused unnecessary delays—whether due to a lack of expertise or simple unwillingness to assist properly. Penguin is so rude and cocky... Management needs to take these reviews seriously and investigate the lack of professionalism at this branch. Writing to the head office, you should do the same.
Worst customer service. Take 20 minutes to understand simple problem. Then, said now we have only 10 minutes don’t think we can do it. Asked to talk with Manager. Manager said Don’t have time. Put this in official RBC page in twitter. And Bank of Canada.
