I visited RBC today for some bank-related work and had the pleasure of being assisted by Michael Hotchkiss, the Branch Manager. He was warm, patient, and genuinely helpful, making everything really easy. Talking to him was comfortable, and overall it turned what could have been a stressful task into a very pleasant experience. Highly recommend!
A lot of the time they’ve stopped me from receiving help even when I had all necessary documentation. Every two weeks to a month a restriction is placed on this banking account. I want to know why this is. When I opened my bank account with RBC it was with another Branch and these types of restrictions were never placed on my account. I would like to write an appreciation to the bank teller Emily Dizon,she adressed my needs and help my concerned so well. Hopefully the bank workers will be as accommodating just like her,I am fully satisfied of her service and will be looking forward to my next transactions with her.
We have had the unpleasant experience of working with individuals at this location. I took my time to read through others' reviews to find out if our experience is unique. It's not! I can relate with most reviews. The lack of professionalism at this location is dumbfounding!
