Not the typical location I bank at. Only started in the recent months March-July. Whenever I’ve been to this location I’ve been able to receive some help. A lot of the time they’ve stopped me from receiving help even when I had all necessary documentation. Drivers licence and passport & more. Not sure why. Not to mention I’ve been denied help because of an address. Which is the address I reside at & the address mentioned on the mobile banking app. Overall though they can be helpful.
I had an appointment at this branch and the experience was extremely disappointing. I arrived on time, checked in, and waited for 45 minutes, yet no one bothered to even ask me why I was there or update me about the delay. When the financial advisor finally showed up, she gave me a half-hearted, rude apology and claimed she didn’t know I was there — which is clearly a pathetic excuse since I had checked in and was sitting right in front of them the entire time. Only picked 1 star cuz you can't pick zero. The staff is absolutely ridiculous. NO help what so ever, have no clue what they are doing. I'm extremely surprised people like this are allowed to handle money. I was told to take a seat an wait an ended up waiting over 1 an a half hrs before I was brought back up to talk to someone. Then that person didn't have a clue on how to help me. All I wanted was my online banking to work an to cash a government cheque. I found the manager and staff unhelpful. The manager thinks she is a medieval Chinese emperor. Such arrogance is ridiculous in 2025.
