Worst branch - as I’m writing this 10ppl in line
Over the years, I have always had positive experiences at this branch. The staff are helpful, knowledgeable, and friendly. I always feel welcome and well-supported. Highly recommend this branch of RBC.
As others have stated, service is absolutely a snail pace. This location has one of those open concept layout designs with individual desks in the middle of the main area, but it forces tellers to often have to go back of the original desk behind them to get whatever they need to get. Expect to spend an average 30minutes of wait time when you visit here.
