The other bank manager was much much better and more cooperative.
Worst branch ever and branch manager is very disrespectful. No wonder you guys are losing customers. Worst of the worst.
Service is incredibly slow. Friday and they have 3 down to 2 people working. I’ve waited 20 mins so far and still 4 people in front of me and 8 more behind me. Not only did I wait 30 mins for service but when it was my turn the staff help someone else who walked in the bank and when I said it was rude and disrespectful she said it only took 2 seconds.
