Very slow services. Unfriendly and not veryhelpful. I was asking for big and crisp bills. The response was no guaranteed. She suggested that I should go to another branch. I have been RBC client for almost 50 years. Instead of assuring client if some of the bills not adequate to my liking I could exchange for more suitable bills. In the past services at RBC branch in Bayview Aurora were great! The new and young tellers now.... No comments anymore! Maybe I should moved all my investments elsewhere!!

RBC....worst bank around. Profits, profits, profits....customers mean nothing to them.
It's ok. The staff that helped me very nice person but, not so knowledgeable... needs a little more training.
