Please do not use their ATM machine. It took my debit card and cash, and this happened second time. The bank keeps telling me have to wait two weeks to get the money back, which is very inefficient, and customer service can't handle it either.
Tried to call the Wasaga Branch if RBC to change my 2:00 pm appointment to an over the phone appointment. It was impossible to get through to the branch. Some impersonal robot spent several minutes trying to help me but refused to put me through to the branch and instead transferred to some head office goon that would also not put me through to the branch, Wanted all kinds of info from me but I had already wasted 10 minutes on their far too stringent screening process for simply talking to the branch about my appointment. Canada Day machines don’t work and why the hell dont y’all put envelopes by the drive through, today I needed to deposit money, which I was unable to. Fix it., everyone that works there btw are awesome only thing was the missing envelopes. Lol
