Canada Day machines don’t work and why the hell dont y’all put envelopes by the drive through, today I needed to deposit money, which I was unable to. Fix it., everyone that works there btw are awesome only thing was the missing envelopes. Lol

Heman was a great help after getting hung up on and being transferred 3 separate times helped me with my fraudulent credit card charges and even had a nice conversation and stayed positive and professional the whole time
If I could do zero I would this branch is garbage and can't help with anything u go there for so don't waste your time RBC IS GARBAGE
I seldom go into the branch but today asked for help with RBC app on my mobile. D.J. Was very helpful and patient. I was initially going to email Mgr Chrystal but After reading comments here, decided to give praise to young man who earned it. 👏👍
