Bruno is such an outstanding individual. Thank you so much for your kindness and your guidance. It's individuals like you that making banking feel safe and secure.
I just tried to call to make an appointment only to have a Bot tell me I have to have a mobile app and Register to Sign In to do that!! Wth is happening within our Banking Systems?? I'm so pissed at how people are being played by companies who we do daily banking with!! Boycott any company who fires their staff in favor of robotics!!
Good branch and the manager even helps the tellers when busy. Shame he needs to do this but I thank him for stepping up. Shame on the company with over $15billion in profit that most rbc branches are under staffed that managers have to cover CA's.
