If you want to wait half hour in line this is the place to be! Customer service is non-existent and the only 2 staff members that seem to work there are completely incompetent. Maybe the bank manager should pick-up on all the bad reviews on here about his branch and do some changes?
Rbc in general sucks. Good luck with customer service use a different bank!
Terrible experience with this branch. Gentleman by the name of Sukhchandan Pal Singh was supposed to meet us at 9:30 for a virtual appointment we booked a week in advance. Appointment time came and went without any communication. Once a formal complaint was lodged, gentleman finally contacts us (4pm) and states he tried calling and the appointment was booked face to face.
