Awful customer service. Been a client since 1999, trust me. Can’t get a simple answer to a quick question on the phone, the telephone menu is terrible and time consuming and pointless, no help there. So frustrating to deal with.

Not too helpful. Refused to do a phone call with my other bank to confirm information. No apologies just sent away.
This branch is in shambles lol what a joke dealing with this bank. Been a month without a debt/ATM card because the people that work here are incompetent. Now its a day before Christmas eve and I have no way of accessing my funds. Merry Christmas.
***** I want to give rating in minus if there was an option here. I was there for exchanging money and I had cash literally in my hand, asked “Cindy” to exchange it and without letting me know she withdraw money from my account and gave me my required cash. I told her I asked you to exchange not withdraw, later she was so arrogant and rude started arguing with me that you asked me to withdraw. If u can’t hear properly please ask twice and confirm it.
