I just tried to call to make an appointment only to have a Bot tell me I have to have a mobile app and Register to Sign In to do that!! Wth is happening within our Banking Systems?? I'm so pissed at how people are being played by companies who we do daily banking with!! Boycott any company who fires their staff in favor of robotics!!
Good branch and the manager even helps the tellers when busy. Shame he needs to do this but I thank him for stepping up. Shame on the company with over $15billion in profit that most rbc branches are under staffed that managers have to cover CA's.
I went to RBC to make a deposit for my mom’s restoration company after her flood in Manitoba. My name is on her account (for emergency purposes), and the helpdesk specifically told me to come in with two pieces of ID. My mom even phoned her branch the day before and was told it was no problem for me to do the e‑transfer on her behalf.
