Ridiculous service Don't open account in RBC.
After waiting for a longtime, finally my turn came. For starting to process the lady asked me to enter my pin number 4 to 5 times, and it didn’t work. (I entered correct pin, device issue). She asked me to sign, and I signed. But, she again asked me to enter pin, and I entered agains couple times. Untrained staff not even know their products and services that Rbc offer. Rather go to branch on Erb or Sunrise. Almost 6 to 7 times experience in this branch was bad. Try not to go here.

So frustrating you cannot speak to anybody at the bank branch. They were to call me this morning it's now very short to noon and I need to pick up my Euros that I ordered over a week ago. This talking to customer service by self-serve is ridiculous because you can't get any human being.
