We do our business banking with RBC and 95% of the time they are satisfactory. Unfortunately there is an employee at this location named Safia. Do your self a favour and avoid her at all costs. She is incredibly rude and difficult to deal with. Transactions that would go smoothly with other staff become impossible with Safia. She interrupts, enforces policies that others don't seem to care about and worst of all will lie about what you say even if other bank employees are present to hear it's not true. This branch is incredibly slow. Went to make a deposit and there were 4 people in the building, 2 of them being served. 30 minutes later and still sitting there, I ended up leaving. Teller walked out to teach someone how to withdrawal money from an ATM versus just giving them cash at the desk. On top of that withdrawal limits are incredibly low and they refuse to increase them. Don’t open an account with RBC if you want access to your money.
This has nothing to do with this branch but just wanted to say as RBC the whole bank, I am disappointed. I thought that when we got our mortgage that we would be ok but since the rates went up at one point our mortgage went to 11,000 monthly and we contacted the bank numerous times and it took months to resolve only to find out that it was their mistake and all we got was a “sorry”. Ridiculous service Don't open account in RBC.
After waiting for a longtime, finally my turn came. For starting to process the lady asked me to enter my pin number 4 to 5 times, and it didn’t work. (I entered correct pin, device issue). She asked me to sign, and I signed. But, she again asked me to enter pin, and I entered agains couple times.
