Pas de possibilité de parler à un humain, advenant le cas que oui, ils sont en télétravail et ne peuvent rien faire, ne veulent ou ne peuvent te passer leur supérieur, L'IA te dit de prendre rendez-vous en ligne, et c'était une urgence dans mon cas, le prochain rendez-vous disponible en date du 26 septembre 2024 est le 11 octobre 2024. Was in a pinch getting ready to close on our new house. We messed up but they let us in last minute and stayed late to help us the best they could and get us set up with a future appointment set up for a different city. They went above and beyond.
