Awful new design with ONE ATM outside.
I came to get a Certified Cheque/Money order. Instead they did wire transfer and made negative balance and charged me $150 fine for this. Then I had to spend second Saturday talking about this because RBC called me several times about negative balance asking how did this happen. After that they told me to go to the branch again. After the renovation, the service at this location somehow became even worse. My mom and I visited last Thursday evening to handle some banking. There were only two customers in the branch -us. One security guy. Five tellers. And yet all five tellers were sitting behind their screens chatting with each other while we stood there being completely ignored.
