Very professional and friendly staff. Parking not so good at all.
Good branch, offered all the services we needed.
The undertrained tellers in this branch do not know how to do businesses with brokerages. Took over half an hour and I have to go to another branch to do a draft and the other branch done it in a heartbeat. Avoid!
Serena Yen at RBC provided an excellent experience. She was very professional, patient, and welcoming throughout the whole process. She took the time to explain everything clearly and made sure I understood all the details. I never felt rushed, and she was always willing to answer my questions. This bank has friendly professional and helpful staff. One day I went there and I wasn’t friendly with the manager Dianne but she kept her composure and continued to deal with me in a positive professional manner.
