Poor customer service. Looks like most of the employees doesn't even want to be serving clients.
FRIENDLY BEHAVIOR, CARING CUSTOMER, GOOD MANAGER
Visited the branch to transfer my children's RESP account. The RBC advisor appeared unfamiliar with the process as I had to guide him through the RBC website to locate the necessary forms. After two weeks with no updates, I called RBC myself and discovered that half of the required forms had not been completed. Frustrating and unprofessional.
