Officially lost a customer of 15 years. Complete waste of my valuable time and resources. Drove 45 Km into town to book a Appointment because these clowns wouldnt let me book one through the phone. I wasted an hour standing in line to your "premiere" location in Kamloops and yes other customers said something about hiw u used to post a sign outfront warning if service issues, then to be told I have to come back. Went in yesterday to add a checking account and rather than make me wait for an appointment a lovely clerk named Rachel walked me through the process and in 15 minutes we were done. So refreshing to have someone go out of their way to help. Great customer service. 👌👌
When my mother passed away we had to get lawyers involved to make RBC close the account so they could no longer continue to collect bank fees. Absolutely unacceptable, this place is comparable to a racket.
Extremely POOR SERVICE ..I have emailed who I think is our account rep and have heard nothing back! No reply at all.
