At last, a bank that brings its contempt for the consumer all the way down to the customer service level. I went to close my account because I don’t want to pay the monthly fee anymore. They asked the reason and I explained just that. I was told “banks have to make money. Expecting an account without a fee is like walking into a Walmart and asking for free food”. I was just answering their question, not soliciting a sob story about one of the largest and wealthiest banks in the world from one of its ruder clerks. Also, none ... read more
