Non cooperative, extremely rude lady on counter, have to ask multiple times for a simple statement and provides someone else statement. Keep giving multiple excuses not to compile my request. Prefer to visit other branch or switch bank in future.

Absolutely terrible customer service. For my first time dealing with this bank and opening an account, very turned off. The front staff need to be spoken with about their attitudes towards new customers. 1/10.
