You close at 5.. not 4:50.. 5 o'clock.. people finish work at 4:30 and can only get there close to 5. Stay open until 5 as advertised.
I've been standing in line for 30+minutes waiting for a teller. A guy keeps wondering around but doesn't open another wicket. For the 30+minutes I've been here 2 tellers are with the same people. Line up is 8 people long. Seriously considering a banking switch up from RBC to another bank....mortgage is due this year. Customer service here is horrible. At the end of the mo th ALL teller tables should be open after 3pm.

Я полетел в Европу, рассчитался картой, и банк заблокировал все мои счета. После я позвонил и прождал 2 часа на линии, но мне так никто и не ответил. Счета заблокировали полностью, даже мои подписки на apple music не могут быть оплачены, хотя там настроен автоматический платеж. Возможности разблокировать счета через приложение или онлайн банкинг нет. Самая тупая система которую я когда либо встречал. Однозначно буду менять банк.
