Do not use RBC. My mother just had an accident in late July 2019. She is a good driver with a clean record. They immediately raised her premiums to recoup the $2000 they paid for damages. This is how they operate. Pay into it your entire life but the minute you need it, they raise your rates. I should also mention she just got her car back, 26 days after the accident.

Disaster of a Branch. Seems like its everyone's first day on the job and it took me over 2 months to get my auto insurance finalized. Lack of communication throughout the whole process. I finally gave up and went somewhere else and they insured me over the phone in 24min. I was later approached by different RBC Branch and they were much more knowledgeable and easier to work with.

I recently purchased insurance from an agent named Matthew Din, his customer service was impeccable, he took the time to listen to my needs, gave me honest answers to questions, saved me sooo much money compared to other insurance companies I was looking at! So happy with the service and will definitely recommend him to friends!
