Why bother having a physical location at all if they only have one representative to respond to clients? Why bother having an office when all they do is sending clients away to make phone calls themselves? Outrageously irresponsible and unprofessional.

I have tried calling them 3 times, only to be hung up on while in queue and spending 1 hour and 45 minutes on hold and still never getting through. No call back service either. Tried to go into the store instead, but they are closed Saturday and Sunday and are only open 10-4 Mon -Fri. All I want to do is update my address, which I can't do online.
