Why is the smoking area, right out the front doors? When you can move it back along the west or east wall area? Not happy , to have to walk right through the smoking area Thank you
I had one problem. I needed a washroom and went to the signs of the nearest one to the ticket desk. The doors were locked. I walked back and stopped at the Secunity Desk and they informed me some were locked so people could not go in and leave a mess. I had to go in a completely opposite direction to find an almost unmarked washroom which was unlocked and rather busy. I am on oxygen and have some difficult walking distances. Me and my friends spent a lovely night for the WineFest 2018. Staff are very accommodating and helpful with the guests’ needs. I’m looking forward to going at this venue for another function.
