Seriously disappointed. I attended the boat show this weekend with my family and when I found the family lounge locked I asked the security guard where I could change my daughter as I couldn't find a change table in the ladies washroom. They said they weren't opening the family room to the public and when I questioned that they said "I should change her wherever in the bathroom". When I said there wasn't a counter to change her on in the bathroom and I wasn't prepared to change her on the floor they gave me a blank look and ... read more

Public PA system acoustics needs to be better calibrates. Announcers voice was so muffled you could barely make out what was being said. Registration booth for event had 4 terminals, but only 1 staff at one point, 2 staff. Lineups to get your badge were all the way down the stairs. "Seminar Rooms" on the 2nd floor had terrible acoustics as well and the presenters were often interrupted with messages coming over the public PA. Otherwise, it is a beautiful facility.
