Confusing signage directs you to a kiosk in the Lobby to pay, which is incorrect. No clear signage inside the garage indicating where the kiosk is. Ended up paying the $25 "event rate" (which is already more than the 12 dollars that it is listed as online) at the wrong kiosk since there's two parking lots attached to this building, and they issued me a notice indicating I didn't pay. Impark customer service is really disrespectful and won't drop the notice despite me providing proof I paid them for parking and instead rudely... read more

These guys are pure evil. If your reading this, go to a Green P spot instead, atleast the money goes to the City. I paid for parking, but came back 30 mins late. I obviously expect to be fined... But they fined me $100 Thats the same fee as someone who stole a parking spot. They know i was a paying customer who was running late but fined me like i was a thief. These people are the real theives. I even called these people, and they simply did not give a damn.

Fraud❗️The worst parking I’ve ever seen. It’s scam! They overcharged me! On a display was a evening flat (weekdays) 5pm-6am - 12$. When I came in it was 8pm, and when I’ve been leaving, they charged me 35$. Because, it’s a “show”. But again in manu on a display 12$! And the man who works there was so rude! I don’t know his name, but picture below!
