At first I was hesitant to use a company that wasn't a mom and pop shop in town but this was a great experience. Salesman are salesman so I understand that push, however, after having my sliding door replaced (and customized) it has been more temperature regulated in my living room. I did have a pretty heavy draft come through about the center of the door and I called warranty department and they sent out John Michaelis to look at the problem and later come and fix the issue.
