Dude is a beast at what he does and cares allot about others and works with your budget. I give his place 2 thumbs up if I had more thumbs I would add them also lol.
I have been going to Leo for two years now first scoot he build for me was a blast I would beat on that thing until I would melt the piston and get it fixed just to do it all over again I have a new project that I am working on now it's not as fast as the last one but man it will rip your arms off the handlebars.
