It was an ok experience except they didn’t have the online estimate, even though I’m in their system with all my vehicles info. I was charged more than what the estimate was for. They told me they’d approve my coupon though it was expired but it wasn’t expired til 7/14. Finally the front desk MADE UP fake mileage for my car! Even though I let them know I wanted the records to keep up with my CarFax records. Overall just disappointed at the seeming disorganization and lack of control of what their people are doing here.
