They serviced the refrigerator and ice maker at our church. Excellent service and repair
Remarkably professional, both on the phone and in person. Technician Brandon was very knowledgeable and explained repairs needed so that I could understand. Also quoted the repair correctly with no surprises when the work was completed. Highly recommend these guys for restaurant equipment repairs.
As a former employee who left the area more than 10 years ago, the way RB Service treats customers and takes pride in taking care of their equipment has set the bar extremely high for what I have compared all other employers to. I wish there were more companies like this that customers could rely on.
