This is what we are dealing with at the moment after spending a month waiting on them to come fix something they messed up the first time around. We were charged for things we didn’t receive and struggled to get anyone to return messages, come to find out the roof wasn’t done right the first time which caused it to leak and things aren’t looking promising the second time around either.
It was a wonderful experience working with Jim Kelly, Steve, and the R&B team. They made the inspection and planning process simple and easy. They made themselves available 24/7 to answer my questions about products and warranties... even after my new roof was installed. Also, the installation crew did an incredible job! They were professionals that knew what they were doing, and they were always respectful to my family and our neighbors. I am beyond frustrated with this terrible roofing company. After installing my roof and giving me a 10-year warranty, my roof started leaking in three different places, causing signifcant damage to my home. Since then, R&B has ignored my calls and emails, including my attorney. The one and only time I ever heard from them, they were rude and unprofessional, including Scott, the owner, who responded by emailing in all CAPS. R&B roofing were great to work with! We had an old roof and it began leaking, I was referred to R&B by my grandparents who have been pleased with their work before. Manager Jim Kelly was efficient and incredibly helpful throughout the entire process. They were able to expedite the start of our project to prevent further damage to our home and completed it beautifully in one day. Cannot say enough positive things about the team on site, Jim, and Steve.
WOW. Mike and John are AWESOME. Mike helped me a couple of years ago to replace gutters on my house and now helped me in purchasing a new roof. John and his roofing crew were AWESOME. I really like the drone photos during the entire process. I highly recommend this company and Mike and John.
