Ali Mirza, AD and their team did an excellent job in installing my Heat Pump, Water Softener, and Reverse Osmosis system at my new home. They were excellent to deal with and even when some unexpected issues arose, they were quick to deal with it and rectify it so we can enjoy our new home. Thank you to RB Impact, and will definitely be recommending their services to all my friends and family going forward.

I had the best experience with RB Impact HVAC from start to finish! AD was incredibly helpful when I first called, providing all the information I needed and answering all my questions with patience and expertise. When Gagan and his team arrived for the installation, they were punctual, professional, and efficient. They even went out of their way to help clean my HRV filter and check my humidifier filters. Great experience dealing with RB Impact HVAC. I dealt with AD and Priyanka and both were fantastic from start to finish. We were in a pinch and they were able to get us sorted out quickly. It was evident from our discussions that they genuinely cared and wanted to do the job right the first time. Very much appreciated and I will be using them from now on for our HVAC needs.
