Just had the team in from RB to get us from Oil based heating to a heat-pump and electric water heater. They were great. Very polite and efficient and pretty well unobtrusive. Very pleased with the result after a couple of weeks with the new equipment. Also, theirs was the most competitive quote we got. The installation team was Dave, Tom, Albert, Thomas and Bryson. Well done chaps.
I just had my propane fireplace thermopile changed. We did not know what the issue was when we called the, they told us a 125 for to verify. Anyways 45 minutes at our house and a bill of 535.00 for replacing an 80 dollar part. Incredible. I have learnt my lesson with this company.

I just had RB Heating install a Cold Climate heat pump today. I can't comment on how the heat pump is working but what I can comment on is Lucas and Nick. The morning started out with a bit of a problem, that was they needed to install an new wire. One that was rated for a higher amperage. The electrical panel was in the garage and the new wire had to be installed the full length of the house. They even called in their boss Dave. He was at the house in minutes.
