Was very impressed the attention to detail this crew had for rental property. We rented a place very last minute and it desperately needed new flooring, within two days they were able to replace all the flooring in the place we were trying to move into. They even helped us carry our furniture upstairs. Very nice crew, professional and very polite. When we buy a house we'll be going to BB Family Floors.
Tara and Ashley set us up with hard wood floors. I have been debating with my wife for months now on whether or not to replace the carpets in our home with hardwood. When we got Buster (our English Bulldog puppy) The hair he shed was pretty much the deciding factor. Tara and Ashley both assisted my wife and I in picking out the most applicable hardwood floors to accent our home. It was installed beautifully and we could not be happier. Thank you Tara and Ashley, you truly picked the floor for our family.
The service was exceptional! Tara brought all samples to me, so we would not have to travel. We found her to be very knowledgeable on various types of flooring and even suggested we purchase a flooring that was slightly less than what we originally picked because of our dogs. She was very frank about our expectations on the flooring. The crew was wonderful to work with, they arrived on time, got straight to work, they even vacuumed our new floors.
