Dropped off PC for repair. Friendly and knowledgeable staff!
Very good understanding service, very good prices, I highly recommend the PC repair shop not sure of all there services but very worth checking them out. I believe there the most affordable one! My experience was very good, understanding and super nice guys!
If I can give 10 stars, I would give 12. I purchased a Lenovo Legion Tower 7i gen 8 from Lenovo back in 2023, and one year in I was getting issues either from the 13900k or the PSU. Initially, the guys at RB computing helped me diagnose the PC, and found out that the BIOS was outdated, which may have caused my CPU to degrade. Even though the BIOS was updated, I didn't feel like my PC was super reliable because it would still power off occasionally. I phoned them up and it says on the recording, we'll reply to you within 10 minutes. I sent an email on Tuesday, no response. We're now Thursday, I sent another email, no response. This company is not worth it. Shop somewhere else.
