Great customer service from the staff. Very knowledgeable, if I wasn't able to diagnose my issue myself I'm sure these guys could have. I went in to have my motherboard replaced as it would've been a pain to swap it out myself. They were able to do the swapover in a day. Will definitely be considering RB when I want to buy some more parts. The building and sign are really small so you know they're legit.
I had a wonderful experience with Rob and Kendal. They were patient and quick to respond to my comments regarding a PC build for my wife. I also appreciated their insights. Thank you!
I haven’t purchased anything from RB Computing. Just wanted to leave a review because I appreciate the fast communication from Rob via email. Tried to back order a lian li pc case but it turned out to be EOL’ed, ended up cancelling the order. Thanks again Rob for your time. Your website could use some work though 😭❤️
I had a power-up issue with my Asus ROG Flow 16 laptop. I emailed them about the problem and got a response within a few minutes, asking me to bring it in. I went to the shop, and it took them about six minutes to identify and fix the issue. They’re not only talented but also super helpful. I’m pretty sure they’re going to be my go-to support for all my devices.
