Questionable business practices, bad customer service They record you over the phone without telling you unless you insist or are threatened by the manager (in this case, I laughed at him). Run from this business. False statements meant to defame. Customer made an error thinking an estimate was an invoice, after showing where it clearly stated she became embarrassed and started being very rude and hostile to every person she spoke to. She is now on a do not service list.
Business response:
Not a reputable business. The company service representatives were sloppy and dismissive and could have easily sent a correction to correct their ridiculous mess of communications. But rather than doing that, they ONLY sent some clarification (what I initially wanted) after much debate and escalation. I asked to cancel the service during the first call but was told I had to wait for the manager to call me. He did call and frankly, was so self-righteous and condescending that I actually laughed.
