Jay just got done with removing and cleaning the evaporator on the inside unit he got here at 1:00 and was done at 4:00 and that included giving me an estimate for ductwork and installation. He did not waste any time at all. Jay is a one man working Machine. Very professional and Knowledgeable . I give him and R&B five stars easily. I had a issue with my heater not working and I called RB Air to help. I spoke with the lovley Christine and she got all set with a service appointment for the next day. She was such a pleasure to speak with, literally was like talking to an old friend. Today a gentleman named Tony came out to save the day. He was very professional, efficient, and quick. AWESOME!!! The guys were very efficient and pleasant to deal with. Even though things didn't go as easy as we thought, there were no attitude problems. Did a GREAT job. The price was the best of the quotes we got also. TERRIFIC
Very impressed with these guy's. They're very polite and professional. When they got here they started working and didn't quit till it was done. Finished everything in one day.
