best Cajun food you can find love it always satisfied everytime i go to eat there the and the atmosphere is awesome
Poor service skills. Long waits because they don't turn tables. Very unorganized, poor management!
My cousin Max Ewing took me to this restaurant while I was visiting Tyler. I usually don't eat Cajun-style food, because it is hot and spicy, but the waitresses not only put up with Max but helped me find a dish on the menu (barbecued ribs) that wasn't so spicy -- what it was, was delicious! Ordered a Razzoo's t-shirt for my sister, so we will fit in when we visit again! Thanks.
First time eating here and probably my last. Not satisfied at all. The service was good but the food I ordered (crawfish) was not flavorfull at all.
The manager (I believe her name is Camisha) at this particular restaurant was very rude and unhelpful. We had a very large party of about 30 people. We were told that we could not be seated until everyone had arrived. We we told the manager that two thirds of the party was there she told us that she could seat half of the party, and that the other half of the party may have to sit in another area because each server could only handle 16 people at a table. I was not impressed the fish bowl drink is nothing but fruit punch and the Cajun seasoning the use on everything and that don't make the food Cajun and its not hot and I don't mean literally
I've ate there twice both tines the food wasn't good and the waiters aren't attentive to say the least. I haven't return
We waited frm 8 till 11 pm to be seated when our time started, and we still didn't get to be seated until one of our guests was thrown out for COMPLAINING and four other guests walked off. When went were seated there wasn't enough rm at the table and the wanted touch put us back on the list to be RE SEATED.. Can u say very, very BAD customer service !!!! First time here and last. We have been frequenticing this establishment for years but last nights on May 1st 2015 our experience was the worst. We ordered the Razzoo's jambalaya pasta which is usually very good but it wasn't last night. So we told the manager Evelia that it wasn't the same, it's not good. So she kept asking as if she didn't understand. Know a good manager would say at this point let me make you another.
