My dogs paw was severely cut during grooming. I only realized it later when he was limping, licking and biting his paw. Unfortunately, I was not told when I picked him up. I'm highly disappointed that they wouldn't inform me that my dog was hurt at their salon. To add insult to "injury" I emailed the owner pictures and asked for an explanation, however, I received no response. Customer service at its worst! I drove all the way from Dilworth to have my dog groomed there only to have him returned to me hurt and in pain.
THEY ARE THE VERY BEST PET SPA IN INDIAN LAND AND WE RECOMMEND THEM HIGHLY !! AMY IS A TRUE "DOG WHISPERER" ~ OUR DOGGIE WAS SO HAPPY AND CALM AFTER HIS GROOMING ~~THAT HAS NEVER HAPPENED! KUDOS TO THE LADIES THAT WORK AT RAZZLE DAZZLE!
Very pleased with this facility. If you are looking for a nice and clean facility you have located the right place. If you are looking for an experienced groomer (Amy) ...you have located the right place. Amy groomed my 5 month old puppy Standard Poodle yesterday. I am beyond satisfied with his cut. This place is great. We got our 2 year old american stratfordshire terrier when she was 6 months old and shes been going here ever since. Love this place. Always accomadating, friendly. Prices great and they LOVE dogs
