Very disappointed. My car received oil change as well as oil flush. A forty point inspection. I feel uncomfortable with there so call service. My car not running as originally. Something isn't right. They didn't even update time on clock . I had to ask them to do it. My Bluetooth was tampered with. Having a difficult time reprogramming. I am a disabled senior citizen. I am reluctant to ever return to Razzarri Nissan service.
Very professional at what they do
I had the unfortunate experience of being helped by max (latin guy) in service at 9 am today. He asked the reason for my visit and when I told him it was to replace a part he got upset I didn’t know what part needed to be replaced. After taking my keys and car, he returned to tell me it was going to take 4 hours. This was where things got strange because he seemed happy, almost exited, to tell me that it was going to take 4 hours.
