A good waste of 3 hours. I made an appointment to get an oil change and decided to stay there with it. After an hour it was going pretty long. I should have gone to the counter and asked for an update as it turns out they didn't even touch my car after 3 hours of waiting. I was told they didn't pass on the information after I got there. I've never had a good experience with Razzari
I had a very poor experience at Razzari Ford in Merced and do not recommend taking your vehicle there. From the start, communication was a major issue. Unfortunately, you must first go through an answering service before being connected to the dealership, which is extremely inconvenient. It takes about five minutes just to reach someone, and even then, getting transferred to the correct department is a challenge. Told me it would take 2 hrs to do a recall then came back 3hrs later and said they can't do it today..
