This was the worst experience I have ever had purchasing a vehicle. I set an appointment to look at a car. When I arrived it was as if no one had the time to come talk to me. When someone did acknowledge me they showed me the car, didn’t ask me if I wanted to test drive it or run numbers. After the interaction became awkward I simply left. They don’t honor service appointments and hold your car all day. Even thought the appointment is set for 10am, the vehicle wasn’t being worked on until 2pm and I think only because I had called in asking about status , was promised a call back after they attempted to speak with tech multiple times and those never came. Even waited 1 hr before calling back. There is zero communication even though they send you the text saying to text them any question during the service appointment.
