Very Bad service, first of all if your new customer they enroll very fast after that if you call for next appointment or anything else you have to hold the phone for 2 hrs to connect the office and the office staff and supervisor is very rude. instead of listen the complain Hangup the call.
Doctor’s statement to me seems inconsistent with sleep study document. Contradicts sleep study tech statements to me and printed test results I got from them on asking for my file.
I would like to say these doctors are the best doctors in Houston, They are caring and have the best bedside manner. Dr. Razzack is the most caring and thorough Physician i have ever had the pleasure of knowing. he answers all my questions and keeps me out of the hospital. .Also I would like to say the Staff is absolutely amazing , yes unfortunately i have been cancelled several times, but I also understand that these Doctors are also working 24/7 at Houston Methodist West Hospital and the ICU. and it was a little difficult ... read more
My dad has been seeing Dr Razzack for a couple of years now and we couldn’t say enough good things about this practice. The doctors are great, the staff is so friendly and caring. We are truly so grateful for all the help and care they’ve offered my dad. We would highly recommend them over anyone else!
Dr Murtuza Ahmed is my Sleep upnea doctor. He is a very good doctor. He is experienced and knowledgeable doctor.
