The reason for my 3 stars is they never answer the phones and 50 percent of the time, they may call you back. I find this very uncaring and frustrating. It says you are 1st in line, 6 minutes later, leave a message we will get back to you! Right through a text message asking why you called.
Today I met with a NP, Alicia and her assistant Caressa and they were very pleasant. I was seen in a timely manner and received very informative advice on sleep habits. I felt that I walked of the office educated for better sleep.
Dr. Faruki and the staff was very professional, curious and polite. My waiting time after registering was less than 5 minutes and the time in the room before seeing the doctor was less than 15 minutes so in all the visit was 45 to 50 minutes total and Dr. Faruki took care of all my needs and answered all my concerns. I give them a 10+ 🥰
