Unprofessional and unskilled compared to their peers. The big bald, and tatted guy absolutely has 0 business cutting hair. The owner spent most of the (almost 2 hour) haircut bad mouthing other local barbers.
With all due respect, the heavyset bald barber with the tattoos couldn't stop talking trash about other customers. I'd expect a little more maturity and professionalism from someone his age. The man was gossiping more than a gaggle of high school girls. Im taking my future business to the bearded barber. Also I was disturbed by their bathroom and the amount of urine splattered all over the floor and toilet area.
