Booked an appointment and was charged twice for the deposit. I emailed to ask a question about coloring my hair prior to my appointment and I still have not received a response. I had a family emergency and canceled my appointment more than 24 hours before my appointment. That evening I received an email saying I was a no show and was charged $100 automatically. TERRIBLE AND GHETTO! Would never go back to this salon again! No professionalism, I waited over 3 hours! It’s ridiculous. I should’ve listen to other but I still tried to support, never again. Waste of money!
