It’s so unfortunate someone with immense talent can be extremely unprofessional and careless for their clients. Your hair will look absolutely stunning but the customer service is slim to none. My appointment was at 1pm and I didn’t sit in her chair until 4:45pm. I left the salon at 5:30 pm!
