It’s so unfortunate someone with immense talent can be extremely unprofessional and careless for their clients. Your hair will look absolutely stunning but the customer service is slim to none. My appointment was at 1pm and I didn’t sit in her chair until 4:45pm. I left the salon at 5:30 pm! My graduation is tomorrow and I did not plan to spend 4 1/2 hours in the salon just to get a standard curl and style on my (Pixie). Booked an appointment and was charged twice for the deposit. I emailed to ask a question about coloring my hair prior to my appointment and I still have not received a response. I had a family emergency and canceled my appointment more than 24 hours before my appointment. That evening I received an email saying I was a no show and was charged $100 automatically.
