I had a noise that was wasnt continuous. Tony checked it out and couldn't find anything wrong. He was honest and helpful.
While visiting family in Arkansas, my uncle heard a noise that I'd been ignoring. Stopped by Razorback Transmission and they determined that I needed a new rear end. I might make it home but they wouldn't attempt it. I left my truck on Tuesday afternoon and picked it up on Thursday with no surprises or anything. Very pleased with the professional job performed by the folks at Razorback Transmission.
Razorback transmission was amazing with working with me on what was wrong with my Saturn and assuring me that what I thought the issue wasn't the case. Tony was great about communicating with me what was going on and they promptly fixed the axle seal leak that I had. If i ever have any further problems that they could take care of I will gladly give him my business!
My car turned into a transmission nightmare, but Tony got me through it. I value his character and willingness to go the extra mile for me. A big Thank You to the Razorback team.
Rebuilt my transmission for a 98 Silverado K1500. They were very professional and honest. They quoted 1800-2600, ended up doing the rebuild for 2500. It's an older truck, but it shifts very softly and smooth now as opposed to third/fourth gear slipping or unavailable. I would recommend them for transmission services.
I thought my car would require an expensive transmission repair. After having it towed to Razorback Transmission on Monday, I was preparing to hear the bad news. Tony, the manager gave me a call on the same day (Monday) and said "hey Mr. Tolbert, your car is ready." I thought...NO WAY! He said, "yeah, we just needed to clear some engine codes but you're good to go". I can't thank Razorback Transmissions enough for their professionalism and their honesty. I am customer for life!
I highly recommend Razorback Transmission. My experience was pleasant and professional. Everett and Rusty are honest businessmen that provide quality service. They will stand by their word and work. Communication was consistent throughout my process and when I was provided an estimated time of completion it was accurate if not earlier.
Went to Razorback fearing the worst (transmission failure) and as it turned out it was just an axle issue. Everette and his crew are awesome and honest. Can not thank them enough!!!
