This manufacturing facility is state of the art. They have an employee mission that proves how important their employees are. If they don't have what the employee station/manufacturing facility needs - they brainstorm the need and build it themselves. The employees are obviously happy, the facility is so clean you can eat off the floors. The robots - Curly, Moe and Larry - are amazing. I purchased a custom rack from Razorback off road. They were given my make, model and year of my Polaris General to insure that their products would fit. After receiving a stock tire for my General I learned that the parts they sold me will not fit with my spare (stock) tire. I have contacted RBO and requested the right rack and agreed to pay the difference but they refused due to their 30 day policy. RBO suggested I sell the items online and purchase a new one from them.
