I can’t say enough about these wonderful people. Everyone I came in contact with from servicing to sales could not have been more helpful, friendly and knowledgeable. We were traveling through Arkansas and had several problems with our 2018 keystone cougar, including 2 blown tires which took off moulding, a hitch malfunction where the 5th wheel hook up ended up destroying the tailgate and a hole in the roof from another incident. If you are in the market for an RV, shop here!! I contacted several RV shops in Hot Springs after arriving from Texas to discover our slide-out wasn’t working. We had it stuck halfway out and mobile repair couldn’t get it back in. Despite having a huge backlog AND not being a “warranty” servicer of Heartland RVs, Razorback made SURE to get our family back on the road home to Texas. The BEST, friendliest, most knowledgeable staff around!! Couldn’t recommend any more highly!
