My brother was buying his first car that he had saved years for. He had a deal to meet at the DMV to do paper work and pay him there. We had already put insurance on the vehicle, and less than 48 hours before we were supposed to get it, he tells us that he had sold the vehicle to some "random person that came in and paid the sticker price in cash that day". He is sneaky, buy at your own risk.
Buyer beware. My 16 year old son and I had a set appointment with Kevin at the DMV on the Friday after Thanksgiving. My son had saved for 3 years working on a farm for his first vehicle. He couldn't sleep the last few days because he was so excited. Kevin wanted us to pay cash Monday but he didn't have the title. I said we could do it all Friday at the DMV with title and cash.
