Pharmacy Staff are very helpful
I had one of the worst experiences at this walk-in clinic. I called ahead because I was feeling extremely sick, and they gave me an appointment for 2:30 PM. About an hour and a half later, they called me saying the doctor had an emergency and needed to cancel. I completely understood and even suggested switching me to another doctor. They told me that was fine and said I could come at 2:20 PM. I arrived early at 2:00 PM and checked in for my 2:20 appointment, only to be told they actually meant 3:20 PM.
