You should definitely change you COO. I have been trying to buy a computer for almost 4 days. I bought a lot of products online and spensive ones, none of them have razer sistem. Is the worst user experience for buy, you should definitely change the operation heads to many issues on buying

Do not make the mistake of buying any speakers or headphones from this company. Actually, you probably should avoid all of their products. They have multiple items that die after a few months that should be pulled off the shelf but they seem content continuing to churn out garbage. My personal experience is that I bought a blue tooth speaker that died within four months. I had to ship the speaker back (they did supply a pre-paid shipping label but I had to purchase a shipping box and padding) so that they could send me a new... read more

Today I wrote complaints to Federal Trade Commission. Razer is the worst company when it comes to honoring their warranty policy. They are ready to deceive you for 3 dollars and not fulfill their obligations. Spent 200 on these headphones that crapped out after only a few days of use. Called into customer support to replace the defective device and they let me.lnow its their policy to not do this. I spent 200 to use headphones for 3 days and im stuck. My other headphones lasted way longer. Don't waste your money on this product.
