Apple price, generic product, atrocious support. If you in the market for an expensive, short-lived product and an overly-long, endlessly delayed back-and-forth with their support teams (eg: How many hours do you leave your power supply plugged in? Did you leave your power supply plugged in overnight?), this is the company for you! For everyone else: Buyer beware, steer clear.
Terrible customer service and I would recommend anyone stay away from their products. They have a fancy marketing and ads but the products themselves are subpar to the price point. PM with something you are thinking about buying from razer and I will show you a better item from a better company.

Really not sure what these people do all day at work - software on their products never work - constant issues. Never purchasing this brand again. Going to tell everyone I know to purchase other brands as well. literally hire someone to fix the software issues. Is it that complicated
