My family and I have been going to this office for almost 10 years. The staff is very friendly and courteous. Dr. Zardon is great with my kids. He knows how nervous I get at the dentist's office and finds a way to make me laugh and relax. I would and have recommended this office to friends and family. No one has complained. As for the waiting, I find it is no different from any other doctor's office. Sometimes we get called before our scheduled times and sometimes a few minutes after.
I have been going to this dentist office for almost 15 years & they only seem to get worse! I was just there today for a 9:30am appointment, it was already 10:40am & I had still not been called. A few people came in after me and they were called in BEFORE me, including a young man who came in, waited about 5-10 minutes and was called in (again, before me!)
