Fortunately, the folks at Raz Marine do! They take the time to understand your issue(s), and then offer pointed suggestions that actually work. Ordered 2 Macerator toilet pumps for my 1986 Hatteras just before a hurricane was to hit Florida. We were concerned about shipping & Raz was able to get them out & delivered ahead of the impending storm. All the communication, instructions & customer service has been nothing short of top notch. During preparation for installation I requested by email the wiring diagram to confirm the correct wire size & locations.
