2018 ****. I am editing my review. I am putting up my Christmas items and was able to get it to work this year. I will buy another. I bought two Christmas lanterns that I love. One of them is noisy when on and for the other one - the light will not turn on . I have contacts Raz Imports and was told by customer service there is nothing they can do - when the light goes out it cannot be replaced. everything is beautiful, I received a broken product and the company immediately reimbursed me the money.
Buy Raz for my Christmas shop every year. Their products are quality and my customers shop the name. Love these people!
Received a broken glass votive candle holder in a product that we bought. Company would not respond on getting another glass votive to replace it. Contacted through their website form to get the item replaced and never heard back. Maybe they are great for the vendors who buy from them but clearly they aren't interested in after it gets out the door.
