If I could give 0 stars I would. These people are slumlords! They don't fix anything and Damien Ray is the most disrespectful person to women. He rented me a unit infested with mold in the walls the lead certificate was fake. For over year the heat was not fixed and when I pushed he said he'd put us out. Oh and leaks coming from the ceiling fan and roof. We're currently sueing after my thyroid was destroyed from mold inhalation and lead poison. The certificate of occupancy was revoked after reporting to Baltimore Housing and... read more
