Very professional, frond deck person was very helpful and polite.
They are great at explaining everything, and are very patient.
I had to wait over an hour betond my appointment time. I was told to come 15 minutes early and fill out the forms ahead of time to expedite the process. I was in the gown in the back waiting room for more than 45 minutes. When did an hour late with no explanation or apologies.
