I had my MRI yesterday for my knee. Referred by Orthopedic Associates. My appointment was scheduled a week out and was able to move up a few days also. I found the experience to be seamless. Very helpful and knowledgable staff across the board. The tech, support staff and receptionist were all excellent and really helped my anxiety. Thanks again.
I was so impressed at the portland facility. Brenda and her assistant couldnt have been more helpful and kind. They made this procedure so easy and seamless. Give these ladies a raise!!! I highly recommend them!

I had an MRI earlier today. I feel very fortunate that I had an excellent experience. The two technicians and the receptionist were great. They all were very supportive throughout my visit. The two technicians were patient and instructive to help me lie as still as possible throughout the time on the table.They instructed me throughout the whole process which helped minimize any anxiety. I had a pleasant experience at Rayus in Portland for my first MRI. The staff were so nice and accommodating to every concern. I had Tamara and Nancy walk me through the whole process from start to finish. They clearly explained how it worked and made adjustments to make sure I was comfortable. The little touches like a wash cloth over my eyes and music playing were so helpful. In between scans, Tamara would give clear instructions for the next scan and provide assurance.
