The ladies at Rayus Radiology Portland really made my MRI experience the best it could be. They were extremely sweet and caring and helped me through my claustrophobia. They wanted to make sure they were doing everything they could to make the procedure as comfortable as possible. It meant a lot and I definitely recommend Rayus in Portland! Thank you!
Place doesn't have open MRI it offerd wide bore MRI which isn't suitable for claustrophobic patients
I’ve had several MRIs at RAYUS over the last few years, and the staff members are the best! Everyone has always been incredibly kind and knowledgeable. I have always been able to get appointments quickly, and the appointments themselves are efficient/seamless. But it’s definitely the friendly/caring staff that sets them apart - would highly recommend RAYUS to anyone!
