This was my first time here, definitely won’t be my last. I drove from Wausau for 2 MRI’s that I needed. Kailyn was fantastic! I was so comfortable I nearly fell asleep. Not many people can say that having a noisy MRI. I would highly recommend Kailyn and CDI (now Rayus). Check in was very easy as well. My first MRI was read by the Radiologist before my second MRI even started. I can’t say enough great things about Kailyn or CDI.
I needed an MRI of my right knee. I called CDI Apr. 29, 2021. I never heard of the place. My sister told me about them. I spoke to Sandi on the phone. She called me back 2 days later with a estimate as promised. My insurance approved. My dr’s orders sent over. I had an appt the next day. Kailyn and Jenna helped me get settled in. Extremely friendly and very professional. I would absolutely recommend CDI for any imaging anyone has to do. Great experience.
Kailyn and Jenna were great. Professional and made me feel relaxed and comfortable for the MRI. Explained everything and checked on me during the entire appointment.
